Crow's feet
Do you suffer from wrinkles and lines around the eyes? These so-called crow's feet give you an older look. This can be remedied with botox. This natural protein relaxes the muscles around your eyes, softening the wrinkles or even disappearing altogether.
CAN BE REMEDIED WITH A FEW INJECTIONS
Crow's feet are created over the years by laughing or squeezing with the eyes. The sphincters around the eyes are therefore excessively activated. Actually, they are cheerful wrinkles, but if they are disturbing in the skin or extend to your cheeks, a botox treatment is recommended. Often the crow's feet can be remedied with just a few injections. After about 2 weeks you will see the final result of the treatment. However, botox needs a build-up time in the first six months. The more often you come for treatment, the better the result.
If the crow's feet are too deep, we often use a filler. This allows us to fill the wrinkles in a natural way. Crow's feet are sometimes also caused by loss of volume of the cheeks or temples. We can correct this with a thicker hyaluronic acid filler.

personal advice
We first give you personal advice during a non-binding intake. This intake takes place before the treatment, but it is also possible to schedule a separate intake without obligation. During the intake you will discuss your wishes with the doctor and he will tell you what the options are. He will also discuss with you what to expect from the treatment.
BEFORE THE treatment
No prior anesthesia is required. However, we recommend that you do not drink alcohol or use blood thinners for 48 hours before the treatment. In order to handle administrative matters and schedule time for the non-binding intake, we ask you to be present 15 minutes in advance.
THE TREATMENT
After the intake and administrative processing, the treatment begins. First, the doctor disinfects the treated area and marks the puncture points. Then he injects 6 to 8 injections in the muscles around the crow's feet. This will relax the muscles and soften the wrinkles. The treatment takes about 5 minutes.
AFTER THE TREATMENT
It is important to use the muscles around your eyes intensively after the treatment so that the botox works well. You may have a slight swelling or bruising for the first few days, but this will go away quickly. The result of the botox is visible after 3 to 4 days. After 2 weeks you will see the final result. Follow the instructions that you receive from the doctor for optimal results. The result is usually visible for 3 to 5 months. For optimal results, we repeat the treatment after 3 months.
CHECK-UP, AFTER-TREATMENT AND RE-TREATMENT
You can schedule a check-up appointment after the treatment for evaluation. The check-up appointment takes place 2 to 3 weeks after the treatment because the result is only visible after 2 weeks. During the appointment we check, among other things, whether there is still a lot of muscle activity in the muscles in question. If this is the case, we can decide to inject some extra botox in it. This is completely free of charge. If there is still muscle activity after this refill, your body is not responding well to botox. We will end the botox treatment in that case.

CAN I LIE DOWN AFTER THE TREATMENT?
It is important that you do not lie down for 2 hours after the treatment to prevent the botox from spreading too far.
CAN I USE BOTOX TO PREVENT CROW'S FEET?
Certainly, botox can be used preventively. Because the natural protein relaxes the wrinkles, the skin will suffer less from folds that can cause wrinkles. You will thus not develop wrinkles.
DOES BOTOX TREATMENT HURT?
The treatment can hurt. You will probably feel a few light stings. But usually the treatment is not experienced as painful.
