COMPOSITE veneers

You may already be familiar with composite from filling cavities or treating a broken tooth. A veneer is a layer of composite or porcelain that is applied to the teeth to aesthetically improve your teeth in a medically responsible manner.

Composite veneers, also known as white fillings, are veneers that can be applied in one treatment. Composite is an easy to work with and also strong material that can be made in any desired shape and color. You can use composite veneers to fill gaps between your teeth, make discolored teeth radiantly white, and repair broken or crooked teeth.

INSTALLING COMPOSITE FACINGS

Composite veneers, or white fillings, are nothing new for you or your teeth. As mentioned and the name implies, composite is also used for fillings. To ensure that the veneer adheres better to your teeth, your teeth will first be treated with acid. This makes the surface of your teeth rough. The composite can then be applied layer by layer in any shape and color you wish. At Aesthetic Beauty Center we ensure that you give your teeth a better aesthetic look in a medically responsible manner, including composite veneers.

DIFFERENCE COMPOSITE AND PORCELAIN veneers

The difference between composite and porcelain veneers is the sensitivity of the material. For example, porcelain veneers are less sensitive to tarnish than composite.

Composite veneers can also be placed in one session and are therefore cheaper. After all, less tissue needs to be removed.

Porcelain veneers, on the other hand, remain aesthetically more beautiful in the longer term as they do not discolour. However, porcelain veneers are more expensive as 2 to 3 sittings are required for their installation.
