If both parties agree, the treatment will take place immediately following the consultation. The forehead area is disinfected and the injection points are marked by the doctor. Botox is injected into the forehead muscles using a very fine needle. This reduces muscle activity, allowing the skin to relax. In many cases, Botox alone is enough to fade or eliminate forehead wrinkles. In some cases, additional support with fillers may be recommended.

To maintain facial harmony, we often advise combining forehead Botox with treatments in other zones such as frown lines or a brow lift.

The procedure takes approximately 15 minutes.

The optimal result is visible after about 2 weeks. Deep lines will soften or may disappear altogether. If you’re not satisfied after 2 weeks, you are welcome to book a follow-up appointment with the cosmetic doctor. The effects of Botox last about 3 to 6 months. With regular treatments, the effect tends to last longer. The result is never permanent.

• Do not lie down for 5 hours after the procedure.
  
• Mild swelling or bruising may appear and usually disappears within 5 days.
  
• In rare cases, side effects may include a droopy eyelid or mild headache—these typically resolve within a few days.
  
• Do not massage the treated area for 48 hours.
  
• Avoid direct sunlight, tanning beds, and saunas for 2 weeks.

UV exposure may make the skin more sensitive, increase the risk of pigmentation, and impact the results. Use a high SPF sunscreen during this period for optimal protection.
