If both parties agree, the treatment will take place after the consultation. The area will be disinfected before the procedure begins.

Filling the marionette lines (the lines running down from the corners of the mouth) depends on their depth and your skin structure. The lines are treated using Radiesse or Hyaluronic Acid filler. This is usually done with an ultra-thin needle or a cannula (a blunt needle that allows for precise placement with minimal bruising). The deep lines next to your mouth will be softened, giving your mouth a more natural and cheerful appearance, resulting in a fresher, more rested look.

The procedure takes approximately 20 minutes.

Results are visible immediately after the treatment. Some overcorrection may occur due to swelling in the first few days. The optimal result is visible after about 2 weeks.

The effect typically lasts between 8 to 18 months, depending on the individual. Regular treatments often lead to longer-lasting results.

It is very important to follow the doctor’s instructions to achieve the best outcome and avoid complications.

During the first 3 days, mild swelling and bruising may occur around the corners of the mouth, which will gradually fade. Do not massage the treated area within 48 hours unless your doctor advises otherwise. Avoid direct sunlight, tanning beds, and saunas for the first 2 weeks.

UV exposure may make the skin more sensitive, cause pigmentation, and affect the treatment outcome. Be sure to protect your skin with a high SPF.
