If both parties agree, treatment will follow the consultation. The area is disinfected before the procedure begins. During the treatment, 2 ml of hyaluronic acid is injected into 10 different points of the face. The gel spreads evenly under the skin, reaching all areas of the face. The treatment is beneficial not only for the face but also combats skin aging in the neck and décolleté. Profhilo also stimulates the production of collagen, elastin, and even fat tissue. Fine lines and acne are reduced, the skin becomes calmer, and pores appear smaller. The full procedure takes approximately 15 minutes.

A natural result becomes visible around 6–8 weeks after the first treatment. Your face will have a healthy glow, and your skin will feel firmer. Fine lines and wrinkles will soften, giving you a more youthful appearance. Any acne will also be reduced thanks to internal skin improvement. Depending on your skin’s condition, the results last for about six to twelve months. To maintain results, we recommend repeating the treatment two to four times a year. Finally, it is very important to follow your doctor’s instructions for optimal results and to avoid complications.

For the first 3 days after the treatment, you may experience mild swelling and bruising, which will gradually subside. We advise you not to expose your skin to intense sunlight, tanning beds, or saunas during the first 2 weeks.

UV exposure may increase skin sensitivity in the treated areas, cause pigmentation, and affect the results. Be sure to protect your skin—especially the earlobes—extra carefully with a high SPF during the first two weeks.
